What is Rotary Kiln?

Rotary kiln can be classified as cement rotary kiln, metallurgical and chemical rotary kiln, lime rotary kiln which according to different produced materials.

Cement rotary kiln is an important mechanical equipment in industrial production, which is mainly used for calcining cement. The heating mode is classified as internal heating and external heating. The main characteristics of internal heating are that materials can directly contact with flame and flue gas. The applied fuels are mainly liquefied gas, natural gas, gas, coal powder, etc. External heating materials do not directly contact with flame and smoke, heat is transferred through a certain medium. The main advantages of the equipment lie in its strong adaptability to heterogeneous raw materials, stable calcining process, high product quality, reasonable intensity grading, and less ash and energy consumption in the process of calcining materials.

Magnesia spinel brick

Magnesia spinel brick, also called magnesia alumina spinel brick, it is a basic refractory brick that is frequently used in modern large-scale dry process cement rotary kiln.

Magnesia hercynite brick

Magnesia hercynite brick is a basic refractory brick that is commonly working at burning zone of modern large-scale dry process cement rotary kiln. Its excellent kiln coating-forming ability can effectively reduce the damage to the refractory lining.

Silica mullite brick

Silica mullite brick is a newly developed refractory brick in China, which is for replace the magnesia spinel brick at transition zone of cement rotary kiln. It has a higher cost-performance ratio.

High strength mullite castable

High strength mullite castable is a type of monolithic refractories for cement kiln usually, it is a high duty refractory castable.

Steel fiber reinforced castable

Steel fiber reinforced castable is made by adding heat-resistant steel fibers to the traditional refractory castable, thereby significantly enhancing the strength and anti-spalling performance.

Refractory anchor

Refractory anchor is frequently used member during the construction of monolithic refractories. It can be either metal anchor or ceramic anchor. Metal anchor is usually made of heat-resistant stainless steel and can be easily manufactured into various shapes and sizes. Ceramic anchor is also known as anchor brick, usually it based same raw materials as monolithic refractories.
