Introduction
Magnesia chrome belongs to alkali brick, used high purity composite spinel as raw material. Periclase and composite spinel (XO.Y2O3). XO means MgO and FeO, while Y2O3 points to Cr2O3, Al2O3, Fe2O3. Based on the different making method of magnesia chrome brick, there have several type of magnesia chrome brick: semi-direct bonded magnesia chrome brick, common magnesia chrome brick, fused cast magnesia chrome brick, pre-reaction magnesia chrome brick, direct bonded magnesia chrome, unfired, etc.

Application
Magnesia chrome brick mainly be used in burning zone of cement rotary kiln. Co-sintered magnesia chrome brick and unburned magnesia brick also can be used in burning zone of dry-process cement rotary kiln.
